What You’ll Need:
 
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
 
1 cup seedless grapes, halved
 
½ cup chopped walnuts (toast them if you like)
 
¼ cup finely chopped celery
 
⅓ cup plain Greek yoghurt or mayonnaise
 
1 tsp Dijon mustard
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
 
How to Make It:
 
1. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, grapes, celery, and walnuts.
 
2. In a small bowl, stir the yoghurt or mayo with the mustard.
 
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
 
4. Season with a little salt and pepper.
 
5. Chill before serving—great on its own or in a sandwich.
